The ECOCITY World Summit 2017 provided an outstanding opportunity to strengthen understanding of the unprecedented ecological challenges facing cities all around the world.
This program provides an overview of the impressive array of leading urban researchers, policy makers and practitioners who gathered in Melbourne to share their expertise and experience.
The Summit program was designed to maximise relevance and value to people working in a wide range of government, university, business and community settings.

A range of topics were discussed and examined across the three major streams – Urban Leadership, Academic and City Practices. View the individual Concurrent Session programs for each of the streams for more detailed information on the presentations that were on offer. The Summit also included a wide range of government and business exhibitors, artworks and concerts as well as extensive networking opportunities, public forums and site visits.
